I invited Anais on the podcast to talk with her about Yin Yoga.
Yin is a style of yoga that I know very little about and so I was excited to learn something new, and you know what? I did!
Anais tells us about her journey to yoga and why Yin is a method, philosophy and discipline that she really resonates with.
She explains why a Yin intention is good medicine for relieving stress and anxiety but how low moods and depression tend to require more yang practises like vinyasa flow.
It’s all about working harmoniously with your energy, personal situation and temperament!
