Deepti gives us a tantalising insight into the power of embodied mantra recitation that is built upon a deep understanding of yoga philosophy and thought.
I love how Deepti navigates the two worlds of traditional thinking and experiential understanding so effortlessly. This is something I would like to see more of in the yoga community!
